ADAMU MOHAMMED SIFAWA

Adamu Muhammad Sifawa is from Sokoto State Nigeria, and possesses a Masters Degree in Business Administration and Post Graduate in Management Studies, Advanced Diploma in Public Administration, HND, from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria and Usman Danfodio University Sokoto respectively, along with other Professional and Fellowship Certificates.
    
He has worked in all three tiers of Government as the former Hon. Commissioner for Commerce, Industries, Cooperatives and Tourism in Sokoto State, Permanent Secretary in the State Public Service, Executive Secretary Pension Board, Local Government Secretary to the sultanate Council and Sokoto State Council of Chiefs among others. He transferred to Federal service and currently is director of Administration and Finance National Lottery Regulatory Commission, The Presidency.
    
Altogether he has over Twenty Four (24) years cognate experience in Senior Management positions. He equally attended courses on relevant skills of Capacity Building and Management Competence. His Attributes to the industry and avowed commitment to organisational goals coupled with team spirit are the driving force in the administrative capacity.

He is happily married with children and strives daily to ensure his wealth of experience as the Commission’s Director of Administration and Finance adds great value to the growth and development of the National Lottery Regulatory Commission

Robert B. Bolokor - Acting Director, Administration & Finance
Acting Director-Administration & Finance

Robert Bolokor hails from Delta State of Nigeria. He has a Bachelors Degree in Accounts and Finance from South Bank University London and is also a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) with over 17 years of overall professional experience; ideally fifteen-plus years of broad financial and operations management experience. He has experience of final responsibility for the quality and content of all financial data, reporting and audit coordination.

He has worked with various organisations in the UK before returning to Nigeria in 2009 to join the services of the Commission.

He was posted to Delta State as Zonal Coordinator of the Commissions Warri Office in the year 2013 to sanitize the zone. Due to the huge level of success achieved on his assignment to Warri, he was subsequently transferred back to the Head Office as Deputy Director (Enforcement & Compliance) in 2016 before his appointment as Ag. Director (Admin & Finance) in 2017.

As Ag. Director (Admin & Finance) he has further developed the Commissions human resource and administration, enhancing professional development as he oversees administrative functions as well as facilities to ensure efficient and consistent operations as the organization scales.

He has a successful track record in setting priorities; keen analytic, organization and problem-solving skills which support and enable sound decision making.

Mr. Bolokor possesses excellent communication and relationship building skills with an ability to prioritize, negotiate, and work with a variety of internal and external stakeholders. A multitasker with the ability to wear many hats in a fast-paced environment with personal qualities of integrity, credibility, and dedication to the vision and mission of the Commission. He is happily married with 4 children.

 

Sajo D. Mohammed - Director Enforcement & Compliance
Director-Enforcement & Compliance

Mr. Sajo D. Mohammed was born in 1960, he hails from Adamawa State, North-East Nigeria. He obtained a degree in Law from the University of Maiduguri in 1985. Following which he attended the Nigerian Law School in Lagos and was called to bar in 1986.
    
He joined the Department of State Service and rose through the ranks. He was appointed as the Chief Intelligence Officer to the former Vice-President, a position he held from the year 1999 to 2007. He held other commanding positions in the service from 2007 to 2009, In April 2009 he joined as the National Lottery Regulatory Commission as Director of Enforcement and Compliance.
    
In his 22 years of meritorious service, Mr Mohammed has travelled to all States of the Federation and several other countries of the world including France, USA, United Kingdom, China, Brazil, South Africa and Kenya. Among Several courses, he attended a course on National and International Security at Harvard University, Boston, USA in 2005.

His hobbies include basketball, football, athletics and boxing. He is happily married with children.
