MR. DAMIAN D. DODO, S.A.N, Governing Board Chairman

Admitted to the Nigerian Bar about 25 years ago, Damian. D. Dodo, SAN is a legal practitioner in Nigeria with the distinguished and highest legal practice rank of Senior Advocate of Nigeria conferred in 2001.

He is a notary public and an associate of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, London. Graduating at the age of 18 and having been called to the Nigerian Bar at the age of 20, Mr. Dodo became the youngest lawyer in Nigeria's legal history ever to have attained theâ€Â¨rank of Senior Advocate of Nigeria (S.A.N) at the age of 34. 

Mr. Dodo is a member of the Taraba State Judicial Service Commission; and Former Member, Governing Council of the Nigerian Institute for Advanced Legal Studies, (NIALS) and Former Member, Legal Practitioners Privileges Committee (LPPC), the Bodyâ€Â¨responsible for the appointment of Senior Advocates of Nigeria. He has Chaired and served on National Commissions and Panels and was Chairman of the Nigerian Petroleum Corporation (NNPC) Commission of Inquiry constituted by the Federal Government of Nigeria to investigate disruptive incidents involving assets of Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC). 

He was also a Council member of the Nigerian bar Association Section on Legal Practice and Chairman of its membership Committee and was Member of the National Working Group on the Reform of Investment Laws (NWGRIL) in Nigeria. He is a member of theâ€Â¨National Executive Committee (NEC) of the Nigerian Bar Association and a member of the Body of Benchers. 

He is currently Chairman of the Governing Board of the National Agency for the Prohibition of traffic in persons (NAPTIP). 

He is also a Member of the International Bar Association, a Member of the Institute of Directors  and Member of the Nigerian Institute of International Affairs. 

Mr. Dodo was rated one of the 10 leading lawyers in Nigeria by a Leading Newspaper in Nigeria in 2008 and is currently listed by WIKIPEDIA as one of the 7 most renowned lawyers in Nigeria. 

A recipient of many awards, amongst which are the "Excellence Award" for Philanthropy by the Nigerian Union of Journalist (Taraba State Council) and the "Award of Honour" by the Badminton Federation of Nigeria, Mr. Dodo remains committed to the ideals ofâ€Â¨selfless service. 

Mr. Dodo has also being honoured with a National Award by Mr. President as an Officer of the Order of the Federal Republic (OFR). 

As a Leading Counsel in Nigeria, Mr. Dodo acts for the Federal Government of Nigeria as well as many State Governments including Kebbi, Taraba and Benue States. 

Acting for major corporations in Nigeria, the Learned SAN acts for Pfizer Inc of USA, MTN Communications Nigeria Ltd, Niger-Delta Power Holding Company Ltd (NDPHCN), Bureau of Public Enterprises (BPE), Nigeria National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC), Nigeriaâ€Â¨Communications Commission (NCC), National Pension Commission of Nigeria (PENCOM), the Nigerian Army and Petroleum Equalization Fund (PEF) to mention just a few. 

Mr. Dodo has acted as Counsel to: 

1.Rt. Hon. Senator David Mark, GCON, President of the Senate of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

2.President Aliyu Shehu Usman Shagari, GCFR (former President of Nigeria). 

3.Late President Umar Yar'Adua, GCFR. 

4.President Goodluck Jonathan, GCFR and several former andâ€Â¨serving Governors including Mallam Saidu Nasamu Dakingari, Governor of Kebbi State, and Dr. Gabriel Torwua Suswam, Governor of Benue State. 

The Learned SAN is widely travelled, happily married to Mrs. Tessie Dodo and blessed with 4 children, Diben David Dodo, Dekhan Kasim Dodo, Ashi Pauline Dodo and Makari Angel Dodo.

Hon. Olugbenga Ayinde, Member of the Governing Board of the National Lottery Regulatory Commission, was born on the 7th of May, 1962. He is a native of Ibadan North-East, in Oyo State in Nigeria.

He obtained a degree in Physical and Health Science from the University of Lagos in 1992, he also attended the Ansar –u –deen  Teachers Training College at Otta,Ogun State where he graduated from in 1986.

Prior to his present appointment as a Board member of National Lottery Regulatory Commission; he has served in various capacities from the Obasanjo Farms in 1999 to His service as the Local Government Chairman of Ibadan North-East of Oyo State from 2003 – 2010 where he served the his people meritoriously.

His hobbies are; Politics, Sports and Reading. He is happily married with children.

Chief Greg Obinna Madu, Member of the Governing Board of the National Lottery Regulatory Commission, is 63 years old, born on June, 28th 1951. He is a native of Isu Local Government Area of Imo State in Nigeria.

He holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering. He has held various political positions which includes Board Member, Imo Marketing Board from 2000-2003, Board Member State Sports Council from 2005-2007, Executive Assistant (political) to the Governor of Imo State from 2007-2009, Co-ordinator, Ishi-Isu Development Area, Isu LGA, Imo State from 2009-2010 and he is presently the State Vice Chairman (Imo West Senatorial District) PDP, Imo State.

His hobbies are; reading, literary appreciation and drama, community service, minority rights advocate and conflict resolution. He is happily married with children.

Hon. Vincent Awar Aondoakaa (JP), is a Member of the Governing Board of the National Lottery Regulatory Commission. He is a native of Tse - Ikorkpev, Gwer - West Local Government Area of Benue State in Nigeria.

He holds a Master’s Degree in Public Administration and Policy Analysis, he also holds an advanced diploma in Personnel Management, a Bachelor of Education Degree (B.ED) and Nigerian Certificate in Education (NCE). He also is a fellow of the Institute of Corporate Administration.

His admirable work experience range from 1971 as a teacher in RCM Primary School, 1986 as Executive Chairman Gwer Local Govt. Authority, in 1992 he was appointed Director - General(Permanent Secretary) in charge of Commerce, Industries, Co-operatives and Tourism in Benue State of Nigeria with Government Secondary School, North Bank Makurdi from 1983 to 1986, was the Executive Chairman Gwer Local Government Authority from 1986 to 1987, he has also worked with the Civil Service of Benue State after which he voluntarily retired with full benefits.

His hobbies are; reading, badminton, table tennis and animal husbandry. He is happily married with five children.

Onyeluka Igbonoba was born in Ibusa, Delta state; in 1989 he was admitted into the University of Lagos to study History and obtained a Bachelors Degree in Arts.

After his National Youth Service in 1995, he went into private business (Automobiles) and was the Chief Executive Officer of Johan Nigeria Ltd.

In 2002, he obtained a Masters in International Law and Diplomacy.

He could not resist the lure and love for public service, so in October 2009, he accepted an appointment to serve as the Special Assistant to the Honorable Commissioner Local Government and Chieftaincy affairs in Delta State. He was re-appointed to this position in November 2010.

Prior to his appointment, he was Special Assistant to the State Chairman, Peoples Democratic Party, Delta State Chapter.

Mr. Onyeluka Igbonoba is happily married and has three lovely children.

Hon. Mohammed Hussaini Saleh, Member of the Governing Board of the National Lottery Regulatory Commission, was born on the 11th September, 1945. He is a native of Sabon Gari Local Government Area of Kaduna State in Nigeria.

He holds a Master’s Degree in International Affairs and Diplomacy and Bachelors degree in Law . He is a member of the Institute of Corporate Executive of Nigeria.

He rose from the position of Headmaster of a Primary School in 1968 to Member of the House of Representatives in 2007 . Prior to his election as Member of the House of Representatives, he served in several political capacities among which includes; Executive Chairman Sabon Gari Local Government Area and Deputy State Chairman PDP Kaduna State.

His hobbies are; reading, Orchard Farming and traveling. He is happily married with children.

Hon. Alhaji Alhassan Abba, Member of the Governing Board of the National Lottery Regulatory Commission, was born on the 27th July,1961. He is a native of Geidan, Geidan Local Government Area of Yobe State in Nigeria.

He holds a Diploma in Civil Law. He rose from the position of a Local Government Councilor in 1987 to the position of Majority Leader Yobe State House of Assembly from 2001 were he served till 2003. He was appointed as Member Board of Directors University Teaching Hospital Jos in 2005 and served in this capacity till 2007.

His hobbies are; football, badminton and table tennis. He is happily married with children.
